About the Alpha Programme

alpha_footie_-167Mark and Steve developed the Alpha programme to support men with long term weight management. After recognising that the majority of commercial programmes are designed for women and that service providers offer mainstream female centric services, it seemed only natural to offer something that will appeal to men. The Alpha programme has been optimised over several months and is influenced by research from several areas such as nutriton, physiology and masculinity. Alpha lifestyle programmes is a registered Community Interest Company and all profits feed back in to the company.
